Last updated: 29 June 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
The Services are operated by Ronika Chakrawarty (sole proprietor), trading as Quanfire ("Quanfire", "we", "us", or "our"), based in New Delhi, India.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quanfire.ai platform, including all products (DocPro, BillAI, MindMap, DataSense, GrowthAI, HireIQ, FlowOS, and any future products), the affiliate program, and the website at quanfire.ai ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@quanfire.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Plans — We offer per-product subscriptions, each with a 14-day free trial and paid Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. Current features, limits, and prices are described on our Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
Billing cycle — Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Free trial — Paid product trials are 14 days. No charge is applied until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial at no cost.
Cancellation & refunds — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Price changes — We may change prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission
- Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and termination without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Your content — You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload or create through the Services. By using the Services, you grant Quanfire a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Services to you.
Our platform — Quanfire retains all rights to the platform, software, AI models, and all intellectual property developed by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
AI outputs — Billing narratives, knowledge insights, and other AI-generated content produced by our platform based on your content are owned by you. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs generated from your data.
Your responsibilities for content — You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload and process the content you submit, including any personal data about third parties (such as job applicants, clients, or employees) that you provide to products like HireIQ, BillAI, MindMap, or DataSense. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of your content and its use, and for complying with all laws applicable to you — including employment, anti-discrimination, advertising, professional-conduct, and data-protection laws. You must not upload content you are not authorised to provide.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For enterprise customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party's Confidential Information confidential using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information (but not less than reasonable care). "Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed in connection with these Terms. This does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Services available with minimal interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation. Where practical, we communicate planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for downtime or disruption caused by factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure events, third-party infrastructure or network failures, attacks, etc.).
Any specific availability commitment for Enterprise customers, if offered, will be set out in a separate written agreement.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANFIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AI-generated content (including document extractions, billing narratives, knowledge insights, candidate screening and scoring, marketing content and compliance checks, and command suggestions) is decision-support provided for informational purposes only, and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before relying on them for any legal, financial, hiring, marketing, or other professional purpose, and for making the final decision yourself. Features described as "bias-reduced" or as performing a "compliance check" are aids only and do not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, or professional rule. Quanfire is not responsible for any decision you make based on AI outputs.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANFIRE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUANFIRE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ₹10,000.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANFIRE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quanfire, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your content; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases. You may export your data for 30 days following termination. After 30 days, your data may be deleted.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi, India. For international customers, disputes may also be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Affiliate Program
We may offer an affiliate / referral program that lets you earn a reward for referring new paying customers. Participation is subject to these Terms and any program rules we publish, and to the following:
- Commissions are one-time, calculated per the published rate for the relevant product, and become payable only after a referred customer's first qualifying paid subscription has cleared any refund-hold period.
- We may withhold, reduce, or reverse (claw back) commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, fraud, or abuse.
- A minimum balance may apply before a reward can be redeemed. Rewards may be paid as cash, a gift card, or account credit, at our discretion.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes due on rewards you receive.
- Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or unauthorised claims about Quanfire, must not use spam or deceptive practices, and must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws.
- Customers who sign up through an affiliate link may receive a one-time introductory discount on their first payment. The discount amount, eligibility, and availability are set by us and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
- We may change, suspend, or end the program, or remove any affiliate, at any time and for any reason. Affiliate rewards are not a fee owed by us except as expressly set out here.
16. AI Assistant Integration (MCP)
Quanfire lets you connect a compatible third-party AI assistant (such as Claude) to your workspace over the open Model Context Protocol (MCP), so the assistant can read — and, where enabled, act on — your workspace on your behalf. Your use of this feature is subject to the following:
- You authorise each connection through a secure sign-in, and it operates strictly within the products and role-based permissions of the account you use. You can revoke a connection at any time.
- You are responsible for the AI assistants you connect and for any actions taken through them on your behalf, including the creation, modification, or deletion of records. AI assistants can make mistakes; you should review consequential actions.
- Read access is available on every workspace; write access (creating or changing records via an assistant) is an additional capability that we enable per workspace at our discretion and that always remains subject to each user's role.
- Third-party AI assistants are independent of Quanfire and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Data you ask an assistant about is transmitted to it as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The integration is provided as-is and may change; we may modify, suspend, or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time.
